Renge-ji Temple

After bringing his mother back to life by praying, Holy Priest Nichiren, met his master Dozenbo again at Renge-ji Temple. After then, he engaged in missionary work at this temple. Near the temple, there is a well at which Nichiren washed his scar

Yoshitaka Kudo, a powerful clan reigned Amatsu area in Kamakura Period, became a devotee in Nichiren sect and died in Komatsubara Honan (persecution) defending Holy Priest Nichiren. There is a Gorinto at the site where the brave Yoshitaka Kudo was buried.
